Can you do a reading in my time zone?
In general, if you live in North America, daytime and evening appointments are available.
In Europe, your appointment will usually be in the evening.
If you live in Asia or western Australia, your appointment will generally be scheduled in the early to mid-morning. If you live in eastern Australia and New Zealand, appointments are available between early-morning and early-afternoon.
After booking your appointment, you’ll receive an email inviting you to propose your preferred times for a reading. I do my best to accommodate your requests. Please include your time zone as well, otherwise we’ll be speaking 2 different languages 
How recent should my photo be?
Please send me the most recent photo of yourself that you have, but certainly one taken within the past 12 months. There should be a clear view of your face, unobstructed by sunglasses, hats or clown makeup. If you wish to ask about anyone else, or your relationship with them, it’s preferable that you send a picture of them as well.
Can you do readings for people anywhere in the world?
Yes! I will call you or meet you on Skype at our appointment time.
Should I send you background information or questions before the reading?
It is not necessary, and can in fact be distracting for you to send me too much information about yourself. When I do a reading, I tune into your voice, your energy, as well as your spiritual support system (higher self and spirit guides), and pass on the most important guidance and messages you need to hear. If any additional information is needed, I’ll ask you for it during your appointment.
What should I do to prepare for my reading?
Write down the questions you want to ask, or at least the general areas that you want covered. Here’s some guidance on how to prepare your list of questions.
If you meditate or do deep-breathing exercises for a few minutes before your appointment, it can be easier for me to connect with your energy.
How do you receive your intuitive information? Do you use tarot cards or other divination tools?
I am clairsentient and clairvoyant. I receive information by communicating with your spirit guides, and connecting empathically with your vibration. I sometimes pull a few tarot cards from my deck as a reference.
Can you connect to deceased relatives or friends?
Occasionally I feel the presence of deceased spirits, but connecting to them isn’t my forte. I recommend contacting a medium, such as Erin Pavlina, to help you with communicating with those who have crossed over.
Can I have an in-person reading?
If you are in the Ottawa area, we may be able to arrange an in-person reading. Before booking your reading, use my contact form to let me know when you’re available and we’ll work something out 
Do you do email readings?
Generally no. A live reading over the phone is more interactive and you can ask questions along the way, and I can connect to your vibration better if I hear your voice. The experience of other psychic intuitives is that email readings are time consuming to prepare and often fail to provide enough clarity for you as the client, requiring further back-and-forth email exchanges that can be frustrating for everyone involved.
Can you tell me what’s on my upcoming school exam?
In general, no. I specialize in giving you direction in career, relationships and life purpose. I do not have the psychic ability to conduct espionage.
Will you do a shorter reading (i.e. just one question) at a reduced rate?
Unfortunately no. It takes me 15-20 minutes to tune in prior to your reading. A lot of information comes through during that time. This is a demanding process, and if you open up the door of intuitive information, you may as well get the whole picture of what’s going on. Going through all that work to ask just one question would be like summoning an entire army to shoot a single fly.
Can I book a reading now and pay you later when I have the money?
No. It would be costly to keep track of who’s paid and who hasn’t, and there’d be no way for me to make sure that you eventually pay. I’m good at a lot of things but debt collection isn’t one of them. Save up for your reading and book only when you have the means to pay for it.
What’s your refund policy?
- If you cancel a reading at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may request a full refund as long as less than 60 days have passed since you paid (PayPal does not allow me to process refunds after that time).
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or more than 60 days have passed since you paid, you will not receive a refund.
- Completed readings and unanswered calls are ineligible for a refund.
- I understand that you might miss your appointment due to an accident or emergency. In that case, get in touch with me when you can, and we’ll go from there.
